HOW DO I USE IT?

It's a preset!

You just drop it in your preset’s folder and start slinging those presets onto your text in any video! It will save you tons of time! I use these daily and they save me incredible amounts of time animating text. But they are built in a way that you can adjust keyframes and animator values to your liking to get every one just right!

Drop the Folder into your After Effects presets folder.
